What is the purpose of this site?

Hello and welcome to my site! I'm working on this site to encourage myself to engage with media and think critically about it. Don't just give a show you like a number out of ten—really get down in the muck with it! Who is responsible for each of its moving parts?. What elements of it make it unique or noteworthy? When was it made, and how does the era it comes from influence its creation? Why did its creators make it? How was it made? These are the goals I have in mind with this site. In addition, you'll find personal scenario design projects and images of my cats towards the back end of the site.
